Piston Pressure
Particle chamber
Gas pressure comes from particle collisions with the walls.
Why pressure happens
Particles transfer momentum to the walls. Many collisions create pressure.

The physics
Particle model: gas particles move randomly. Collisions with container walls produce pressure.
Constant temperature: p₁V₁ = p₂V₂. Pressure decreases as volume increases.
Constant volume: p₁/T₁ = p₂/T₂. Heating makes particles move faster on average, increasing pressure.
Temperature conversion: T(K) = θ(°C) + 273.
Assumptions: ideal gas, fixed amount of gas, uniform temperature and absolute pressure.
