Fix It Today Creator Terms of Agreement
Version 1.0, 18 October 2026
1. About these terms
1.1 These Creator Terms of Agreement ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Fix It Today Pte. Ltd. (UEN 53370270D), operating www.fixitoday.com ("Fix It Today", "we", "us", "our").
1.2 These Terms apply to independent creators who use the Fix It Today creator marketplace to list and sell their own 3D-printed items.
1.3 By registering for a creator account, accepting these Terms through the website, or using the creator dashboard to list or sell items, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.4 You must read and understand these Terms before using the creator marketplace. If you do not agree to them, you must not register as a creator, publish listings or accept orders through the marketplace.
1.5 The Fix It Today Customer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of the website and relevant services. These documents should be read together with these Terms.
1.6 If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Customer Terms and Conditions concerning your role as a creator, these Terms take priority for that matter. The Privacy Policy continues to apply to the handling of personal data.
1.7 You operate as an independent creator. You are responsible for making, printing, packing and shipping the items you sell through the marketplace using your own printers. Nothing in these Terms makes you an employee, partner or agent of Fix It Today.
1.8 These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version number and date at the top identify the current Terms.
2. Definitions
2.1 Creator: An independent maker who registers to list and sell their own 3D-printed items through the Fix It Today creator marketplace. In these Terms, "creator" means "you".
2.2 Buyer: A person who purchases or places an order for a creator's listed items through the Fix It Today website.
2.3 Order: A purchase placed by a buyer through the website. An order may contain items from one creator or several creators.
2.4 Sub-order: The part of an order that belongs to one creator. If a buyer purchases items from two creators in one checkout, the order is split into two sub-orders, one for each creator. Fees and amounts payable to creators are calculated separately for each sub-order.
2.5 Fix It Today fee: The marketplace service fee charged by Fix It Today for facilitating the sale of your items. It is 15% of the item price for your sub-order, calculated and rounded as described in clause 5.
2.6 Payment processing fee: The fee charged for processing a buyer's payment, including the applicable card or PayNow processing charges. These fees are passed to you at cost and deducted from your payout.
2.7 Refund and dispute costs: The costs Stripe keeps on refunds and disputes on your orders, namely the processing fee kept on a refund, the dispute fee and the challenge fee, each as Stripe actually keeps it. They are charged to you separately from the Fix It Today fee, and each is shown as a separate line in your payout statement (clause 7.8).
2.8 Payout: The amount paid to you from sales through the creator marketplace after applicable fees, refunds, dispute costs, offsets and other amounts owed have been accounted for.
2.9 Listing: A product entry published or submitted for publication through the creator marketplace. A listing includes information such as the item's name, description, photographs and selling price.
2.10 Dashboard: The creator area of the Fix It Today website where you manage your creator page, listings, orders, payment information, payouts and any other creator features made available to you.
3. Eligibility and your creator account
3.1 You may use the creator marketplace only if you are able to enter into a legally binding agreement and comply with these Terms.
3.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a creator account. This includes the contact details and other information required to operate your account, process payments and fulfil orders.
3.3 You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment information or other important details change, you must update them through the available account settings or contact Fix It Today.
3.4 Each creator may maintain only one creator account unless Fix It Today expressly agrees otherwise. You must not create additional accounts to avoid restrictions, fees or account decisions.
3.5 You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and preventing unauthorised access to your account. You must not knowingly share your login credentials with an unauthorised person.
3.6 You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, including listings, pricing, order management and instructions submitted through the dashboard, except to the extent that the activity results from a security failure caused by Fix It Today.
3.7 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without permission, you must promptly contact fixittoday.contact@gmail.com and take reasonable steps to secure your account.
3.8 You must not use another creator's account without permission or provide false information about your identity, products or ability to fulfil orders.
3.9 You must comply with applicable Singapore laws when operating your creator account and selling items. You are responsible for your own business and tax obligations, including income tax and any GST registration obligations that apply to you.
3.10 Fix It Today may restrict or suspend access to a creator account where reasonably necessary to protect buyers, investigate suspected misuse, address security concerns or enforce these Terms.
4. Your creator page and listings
4.1 You may use your creator page and dashboard to present and sell your own 3D-printed items through the Fix It Today marketplace.
4.2 Only 3D-printed items may be sold through creator listings. You must not list unrelated goods, standalone services or products that do not meet this requirement.
4.3 You are responsible for creating and maintaining your listings. Each listing must accurately describe the item a buyer will receive.
4.4 Descriptions must clearly explain the item's relevant features, materials, dimensions, variations and any limitations that a buyer reasonably needs to know before purchasing.
4.5 Photographs must fairly represent the actual item offered for sale. You must not use misleading images, digitally altered representations or photographs of a different item in a way that could mislead buyers.
4.6 If an item is made to order or has selectable variations, your listing must make this clear. Buyers must be able to understand what they are purchasing.
4.7 You set the selling price of your items. You are responsible for checking that your prices are accurate and that you can fulfil orders at those prices.
4.8 Any discount you choose to provide is your responsibility.
4.9 You must ensure that the items you list are lawful to sell and that your descriptions, designs, photographs and other listing content do not infringe another person's intellectual property rights.
4.10 You must not make false claims about an item's quality, safety, performance, origin or suitability for a particular purpose.
4.11 You are responsible for the printing process, materials, finished-item quality, packing and shipping of your orders. Fix It Today provides the marketplace but does not take over these responsibilities.
4.12 Fix It Today may review, approve, refuse, request changes to or remove any listing. We may do so where a listing appears inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsuitable for the marketplace or inconsistent with these Terms.
4.13 Approval or publication of a listing does not mean that Fix It Today has independently tested, inspected or certified the item. You remain responsible for the item and the accuracy of its listing.
4.14 We may remove a listing or restrict its visibility while reviewing a complaint, safety issue, suspected infringement or other concern. You must cooperate with reasonable requests for information about your listed items.
4.15 You must keep your listings accurate and promptly update or withdraw a listing if you can no longer supply the item as described.
5. The Fix It Today fee
5.1 Fix It Today charges a flat marketplace fee of 15% of the item price for each creator sub-order. This is the only fee Fix It Today charges you for using the creator marketplace. There are no subscription plans. Payment processing fees and refund and dispute costs passed on to you under clauses 6 and 8 are not Fix It Today fees.
5.2 In these Terms, "item price" means the subtotal of the items belonging to your sub-order. The fee applies to the item price only. It does not apply to shipping charges.
5.3 Where you give a buyer a discount, the fee is calculated on the item subtotal after your discount has been applied.
5.4 The fee is calculated once for each creator's sub-order. The calculated amount is rounded half up to the nearest Singapore cent. An amount exactly halfway between two cents is rounded upwards.
5.5 If a buyer purchases items from more than one creator in the same checkout, each creator's sub-order is calculated and rounded separately. We do not calculate one combined 15% fee and then divide it between creators.
5.6 Worked example — one creator
A buyer purchases items from one creator with an item subtotal of S$33.33. No discounts apply.
| Description | Amount |
|---|---|
| Item subtotal | S$33.33 |
| Fix It Today fee rate | 15% |
| Fee before rounding | S$4.9995 |
| Fix It Today fee after rounding | S$5.00 |
The fee deducted from the creator's payout is S$5.00.
5.7 Worked example — two creators
A buyer purchases items from two creators in one checkout.
| Description | Creator A | Creator B |
|---|---|---|
| Item subtotal | S$10.00 | S$33.33 |
| Fee rate | 15% | 15% |
| Fee after rounding | S$1.50 | S$5.00 |
Each creator is charged the fee calculated on their own sub-order.
5.8 The Fix It Today fee is separate from payment processing fees, refund and dispute costs and any other amounts for which you are responsible under these Terms.
5.9 The applicable Fix It Today fee is deducted when your payout is calculated. The fee appears separately in your payout statement.
5.10 If an order is refunded, the fee is reversed in full or in part according to clause 8.
6. Payment processing fees
6.1 Payments made by buyers through the creator marketplace are subject to payment processing fees.
6.2 Fix It Today passes the applicable payment processing fees to you at cost. These fees are separate from the 15% Fix It Today fee.
6.3 The following processing rates apply to card payments:
| Card payment type | Processing fee |
|---|---|
| Domestic card payment | 3.4% of the payment amount plus S$0.50 |
| International card payment | Domestic card rate plus 0.5% |
| Card payment requiring currency conversion | Applicable card rate plus 2% |
6.4 Where both international card and currency conversion charges apply, both additional percentage charges apply.
6.5 Payments made through PayNow incur a processing fee of 1.3% of the payment amount.
6.6 Payment processing fees are calculated on the applicable payment amount. Each calculated fee is rounded half up to the nearest Singapore cent.
6.7 Payment processing fees are deducted from your payout. They are not included in the 15% Fix It Today fee.
6.8 Where a buyer's payment covers items from several creators, Stripe charges a single processing fee on that payment. That fee is split between the creators pro rata by each creator's share of the charge (the items in that creator's sub-order plus any shipping charged for it), and each share is rounded half up to the nearest Singapore cent. Any rounding remainder is assigned to the creator with the largest share (or, if shares are equal, to the earliest sub-order), so that the shares add up exactly to the Stripe processing fee. You bear only your own share.
6.9 The payment processing fee charged on a payment may remain payable even if the buyer later receives a refund. The processing fee kept on a refund is handled under clause 8.
6.10 You authorise Fix It Today to deduct the processing fees applicable to your creator orders from amounts otherwise payable to you.
7. Payouts
7.1 Fix It Today makes payouts to you via Stripe Connect or PayNow, as notified by Fix It Today.
7.2 The payout method available to you may depend on the payment arrangements and creator account features supported by Fix It Today.
7.3 Where Stripe Connect is used, you must complete the required onboarding process for a Stripe Express connected account.
7.4 You must provide the information Stripe requests and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. That agreement is between you and Stripe and is separate from these Terms.
7.5 Stripe may require additional information or verification before enabling or continuing payouts. You are responsible for completing the steps required for your connected account.
7.6 Where PayNow is used for payouts, you must provide accurate payment details through the process specified by Fix It Today.
7.7 Payout timing is as shown in your creator dashboard. The displayed timing governs the payout schedule, subject to any applicable holds, payment verification requirements, refunds, disputes or amounts owed.
7.8 Each payout statement will show the following lines, where they apply:
| Statement line | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Gross | The gross amount attributed to your creator sales before deductions |
| Payment fee | The payment processing fee charged at cost |
| Fix It Today fee | The 15% marketplace fee calculated under clause 5 |
| Fix It Today fee reversal | Any fee reversed on a refund under clause 8 |
| Processing fee kept on a refund | The processing fee Stripe keeps when a payment is refunded |
| Dispute fee | The dispute fee Stripe actually keeps |
| Challenge fee | The challenge fee Stripe actually keeps, only if the dispute is challenged |
| Dispute fee credit | A credit for any dispute or challenge fee Stripe returns |
| Shortfall carried forward | Any amount owed that could not be netted from this payout |
| Net | The final payout after applicable deductions and adjustments; never below zero |
7.9 Where applicable, refunds, reversals, holds and offsets will be reflected in the payout calculation or supporting transaction records so that you can understand the net amount.
7.10 Fix It Today may hold, reduce or offset payouts where reasonably necessary to cover refunds, disputes, chargebacks, refund and dispute costs or other amounts you owe under these Terms.
7.11 A payout never goes below zero. If the amounts you owe exceed the amount available for a payout, the shortfall is carried forward and netted against your later payouts, as described in clause 8.
7.12 You are responsible for providing and maintaining correct bank account, Stripe Connect or PayNow payout details.
7.13 If you provide incorrect payment details, you are responsible for any resulting delay, failed transfer or loss to the extent caused by those details.
7.14 Fix It Today is not responsible for a payout delay caused by inaccurate information you provide, incomplete Stripe onboarding, a payment provider's verification requirements or a problem outside our reasonable control.
7.15 If a payout fails or is delayed, you must promptly check your payment details and cooperate with reasonable requests needed to resolve the problem.
7.16 If you believe a payout or deduction is incorrect, you should contact fixittoday.contact@gmail.com with the relevant order or payout details. We will review the information available and explain any correction or adjustment.
8. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Refunds and fee reversals
8.1 Where a buyer receives a full or partial refund for a creator order, the Fix It Today fee is reversed according to the rules in this clause.
8.2 For a full refund of the item price, the 15% Fix It Today fee originally charged on that sub-order is reversed in full.
8.3 For a partial refund of the item price, the fee is reversed in proportion to the refunded item value.
8.4 The partial fee reversal is calculated at 15% of the refunded item value and rounded half up to the nearest Singapore cent. The total amount reversed must not exceed the Fix It Today fee originally charged for that sub-order.
8.5 Refunding shipping charges does not change the Fix It Today fee. The fee is based on the item price only.
8.6 Worked example — partial refund of S$10.00
A buyer purchases an item for S$30.00. The original Fix It Today fee is S$4.50.
The buyer later receives a S$10.00 refund of the item price.
| Description | Amount |
|---|---|
| Original item price | S$30.00 |
| Original Fix It Today fee | S$4.50 |
| Refunded item value | S$10.00 |
| Fee reversed: 15% of S$10.00 | S$1.50 |
| Remaining Fix It Today fee | S$3.00 |
8.7 Worked example — partial refund of S$11.11
A buyer purchases an item for S$33.33. The original Fix It Today fee is S$5.00.
The buyer receives a partial refund of S$11.11.
| Description | Amount |
|---|---|
| Original item price | S$33.33 |
| Original Fix It Today fee | S$5.00 |
| Refunded item value | S$11.11 |
| Fee reversal before rounding | S$1.6665 |
| Fee reversal after rounding | S$1.67 |
| Remaining Fix It Today fee | S$3.33 |
8.8 If several partial refunds are issued against the same sub-order, the total fee reversal cannot exceed the original Fix It Today fee.
8.9 A refund of the Fix It Today fee does not automatically reverse payment processing fees, dispute costs or other charges for which you are responsible.
Refund processing costs
8.10 You are responsible for all refund and dispute costs on your creator orders, whatever the cause. This applies whether the issue arises from the buyer, the creator, the delivery process, the payment provider or another reason.
8.11 When a payment is refunded, you bear the processing fee Stripe keeps on the refund. For a partial refund, the part of the processing fee shown as kept on the refund is the processing fee multiplied by the refunded amount and divided by the original charge, rounded half up to the nearest Singapore cent. The rest stays in the payment fee line, so the two lines always add up to the original Stripe processing fee.
8.12 The processing fee kept on a refund is shown as its own line in your payout statement, separate from the Fix It Today fee and from any dispute or challenge fee.
8.13 Worked example — full refund with a retained card fee
A buyer pays S$30.00 for a creator order using a domestic card. The entire item price is later refunded.
| Description | Amount |
|---|---|
| Original item price | S$30.00 |
| Original Fix It Today fee | S$4.50 |
| Fix It Today fee reversed | S$4.50 |
| Net Fix It Today fee | S$0.00 |
| Original card processing fee: 3.4% plus S$0.50 | S$1.52 |
| Processing fee kept on the refund, borne by the creator | S$1.52 |
The creator does not pay the 15% Fix It Today fee on the fully refunded item. However, the creator remains responsible for the S$1.52 card processing fee retained by Stripe.
8.14 You authorise Fix It Today to deduct the processing fee kept on a refund, the dispute fee and the challenge fee from your current or future payouts.
Disputes and chargebacks
8.15 A dispute or chargeback may arise when a buyer challenges a card payment or asks their payment provider to reverse a transaction.
8.16 You are responsible for the financial consequences of disputes and chargebacks relating to your creator orders, including the applicable dispute charges.
8.17 The following dispute-related fees apply, in each case as Stripe actually keeps them:
| Dispute-related charge | Amount |
|---|---|
| Dispute fee | The amount Stripe actually keeps, by default S$15 per dispute |
| Challenge fee, only if the dispute is challenged | The amount Stripe actually keeps, by default S$15 |
8.18 The dispute fee and the challenge fee are each shown as a separate line in your payout statement, apart from the Fix It Today fee and the payment processing fee. If Stripe returns a dispute or challenge fee, for example after a dispute is won, the amount returned is credited back to you as a separate line.
8.19 The applicable dispute fees remain your responsibility whatever the cause of the dispute. This includes disputes that arise even where you believe you have fulfilled the order correctly.
8.20 Where a buyer initiates a dispute or chargeback, you must cooperate with Fix It Today and provide relevant information reasonably requested to investigate or respond to the claim.
8.21 Depending on the nature of the dispute, supporting evidence may include:
- The relevant order details and transaction records.
- The original product listing and description.
- Photographs of the completed printed item.
- Printing and production records, where available.
- Packing and shipping records.
- Tracking information, proof of dispatch or proof of delivery.
- Messages exchanged with the buyer about the order.
- Evidence that an agreed change, replacement, refund or other resolution was offered or completed.
8.22 You must provide accurate evidence promptly when requested. You must not alter, fabricate or misrepresent records submitted in connection with a dispute.
8.23 Fix It Today may use the evidence you provide to respond to the payment provider or support the handling of a dispute. We cannot guarantee that a dispute will be decided in your favour.
8.24 A lost dispute is treated as a full refund. The Fix It Today fee is reversed in full under clause 8.2, the payment amount reversed is deducted from your payouts, and you bear the whole Stripe processing fee together with the dispute fee and any challenge fee.
8.25 If a dispute is won or withdrawn, the funds are kept, and any dispute or challenge fee Stripe returns is credited to you under clause 8.18.
Deductions and shortfalls
8.26 Fix It Today may recover refunds, chargebacks, dispute fees, challenge fees, processing fees kept on refunds and other amounts owed by deducting them from your available creator earnings.
8.27 A payout never goes below zero. If the total deductions exceed your available earnings for a payout, the shortfall is carried forward and netted against your later payouts.
8.28 A shortfall carried forward is shown in your payout statement and remains an amount you owe Fix It Today.
8.29 If you stop selling, or your later payouts are not enough to clear a shortfall, the shortfall remains an amount you owe Fix It Today. We may deduct it from any future payout or ask you to pay it to us.
8.30 You must cooperate in resolving any shortfall and must not create new accounts or take other steps to avoid amounts properly owed under these Terms.
8.31 Fix It Today will maintain transaction records showing relevant deductions, reversals and outstanding amounts so that adjustments to your creator balance can be explained.
8.32 If you disagree with a refund deduction, dispute cost or carried-forward shortfall, you may contact fixittoday.contact@gmail.com with the relevant supporting details. We will review the available records. Raising a query does not automatically suspend a valid payment obligation.
8.33 Nothing in this clause permits Fix It Today to recover the same cost twice. Any amount already deducted or repaid must be taken into account when calculating the remaining balance.
9. Making and printing orders
9.1 You are responsible for making, printing, finishing, packing and shipping every item ordered from your creator listings. You must use your own printers and equipment to produce your items.
9.2 You must ensure that your printers, equipment and materials are suitable for producing the items you sell. You are responsible for maintaining your equipment and checking that each finished item meets the requirements of its listing.
9.3 Where Fix It Today offers printer connectivity through the creator dashboard, you may connect your own compatible printers to view or manage printing job status.
9.4 Supported printer connection methods, where offered, include:
- Bambu Lab: Connection to supported printers through the local network.
- Prusa: Connection through PrusaLink or Prusa Connect.
- OctoPrint: Connection through a compatible OctoPrint installation.
9.5 Printer connectivity is an optional feature. You are not required to connect a printer to sell items through the creator marketplace.
9.6 You are responsible for setting up and maintaining your printer connections. This includes your printers, firmware, local network, passwords, access permissions and any third-party software used.
9.7 You must take reasonable precautions to protect your printers and network against unauthorised access. You must not expose printer controls or credentials unnecessarily to the public internet.
9.8 You are responsible for operating your printers safely. This includes appropriate supervision, ventilation, electrical safety, fire precautions and following the printer manufacturer's safety instructions.
9.9 You must assess the risks of unattended printing before allowing a printer to operate without direct supervision. The availability of remote monitoring or job status information does not mean that unattended operation is safe.
9.10 You remain responsible for print quality, successful production, equipment operation and fulfilment of buyer orders, whether or not you use the dashboard's printer connectivity features.
9.11 Fix It Today does not guarantee that printer connections will always be available, accurate or compatible with every printer or firmware version.
9.12 Printer manufacturers and third-party software providers may change their firmware, software, connection methods or access requirements. These changes may affect or interrupt printer connectivity.
9.13 Fix It Today is not responsible for printer damage, failed prints or interruptions caused by changes to a printer manufacturer's software or third-party systems.
9.14 If a printer connection becomes unavailable, you must continue to manage your orders and update their status through the available dashboard functions.
9.15 You must not use printer connectivity or dashboard features to access, control or interfere with equipment that you do not own or have permission to operate.
10. Service levels: quality
10.1 You must supply items that match the descriptions, photographs and specifications shown in your listings.
10.2 Each item must be made using the material declared in its listing. You must accurately identify the material used, including where an item contains more than one material.
10.3 You must not substitute a different material, design, colour, size or other significant feature without the buyer's agreement.
10.4 Photographs and descriptions must fairly represent the finished item. Any important differences between a product photograph and the item supplied must be clearly explained in the listing.
10.5 Every item must be properly finished and reasonably safe to handle for its stated purpose and normal, foreseeable use.
10.6 You must inspect each item before packing it. Reasonable quality checks should include, where relevant:
- Confirming that the item matches the ordered design and specifications.
- Checking for failed prints, missing sections or significant dimensional errors.
- Checking for cracks, weak joints, loose parts or other defects.
- Removing sharp printing waste, loose supports and other unnecessary printing residue.
- Confirming that moving or assembled parts operate as described.
- Checking that the finished item is clean and suitably packed.
10.7 You must not knowingly ship a defective, incomplete or unsafe item.
10.8 You must provide accurate information about any relevant limitations of your items. You must not claim that a printed item is suitable for a safety-critical, structural, medical, electrical or other specialised application unless you have a proper basis for that claim and the item complies with applicable requirements.
10.9 Where an item is decorative or intended only for a limited purpose, you must not describe it in a way that suggests broader performance or safety characteristics that it does not possess.
10.10 You are responsible for the quality of your printing, the materials you use and any finishing or assembly work you carry out.
10.11 If an item is faulty, materially different from its listing or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, you must provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Customer Terms and Singapore law.
10.12 Where a replacement or refund is required because of a faulty item, you must provide that replacement or refund at your own cost.
10.13 You are responsible for reasonable costs directly arising from correcting your faulty work, including making a replacement item and arranging its delivery where required.
10.14 You must cooperate with Fix It Today when a buyer reports a quality problem. We may request photographs, order details or other relevant information to help assess the complaint.
10.15 Fix It Today may review, restrict or remove listings where there are reasonable concerns about item quality, safety or the accuracy of the listing.
11. Service levels: fulfilment and shipping
11.1 You are responsible for fulfilling orders placed for your items through the creator marketplace.
11.2 You must state an accurate dispatch time in your listing. The dispatch time should reflect the period you reasonably need to prepare, print, finish and pack the item before handing it over for delivery.
11.3 You must dispatch each order within the dispatch time stated on its listing, unless the buyer agrees to a change or an applicable legal requirement provides otherwise.
11.4 You must not advertise a dispatch time that you know you cannot reasonably meet.
11.5 You must monitor your creator dashboard for new orders and take reasonable steps to fulfil them promptly.
11.6 You must keep the order status accurate and up to date in the dashboard. Status updates must reflect the actual progress of the order.
11.7 You must not mark an order as printed before the item is completed or as shipped before it has been handed over for delivery.
11.8 You must use a delivery method suited to the item and, where available, one that allows the shipment's progress to be tracked.
11.9 Where tracking information is available, you must enter or provide the relevant tracking details through the dashboard or another method made available by Fix It Today.
11.10 You must pack each item securely and appropriately for its size, weight, material and fragility.
11.11 Packaging must provide reasonable protection against damage during normal handling and transport. You should take particular care with fragile, thin-walled, assembled or easily deformed printed items.
11.12 You are responsible for arranging shipment to the delivery address supplied for your order.
11.13 You must check the order's delivery information before dispatch. You must not intentionally ship to a different address without appropriate authorisation.
11.14 If you expect to miss the dispatch time stated in your listing, you must promptly inform the buyer and Fix It Today through the available communication channels.
11.15 You must explain the reason for the delay and provide an updated dispatch estimate based on the actual circumstances. You must not promise an earlier date that you cannot reasonably meet.
11.16 If you cannot fulfil an order, you must notify Fix It Today promptly so that the appropriate cancellation or refund process can be arranged.
11.17 You must respond promptly and professionally to reasonable buyer messages relating to your orders, including questions about production, delivery, delays, defects and returns.
11.18 You must not use order communications to send unrelated advertising or marketing messages to buyers.
11.19 You remain responsible for the preparation, packing and dispatch of your items even where you use a third-party delivery provider.
11.20 If an order is lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, you must cooperate with the buyer, delivery provider and Fix It Today to investigate the issue and arrange any remedy required under the Customer Terms or Singapore law.
11.21 Repeated failure to meet stated dispatch times, provide accurate order updates or fulfil orders properly may result in Fix It Today reviewing, restricting or removing your listings or creator access.
12. Returns and buyer care
12.1 You are responsible for handling return requests, complaints and after-sales issues relating to the items you sell through the creator marketplace.
12.2 You must handle returns and remedies in accordance with the Fix It Today Customer Terms and Conditions and applicable Singapore law.
12.3 You must not refuse a return, replacement, refund or other remedy where the buyer is legally entitled to it.
12.4 You must give buyers accurate information about their orders and cooperate reasonably when they report an issue.
12.5 Where a buyer reports a defect, incorrect item, missing item or damage, you must review the relevant information and help determine an appropriate resolution.
12.6 Depending on the circumstances and the buyer's applicable rights, a resolution may involve:
- Providing information to resolve a misunderstanding about the item.
- Arranging the return of the item.
- Supplying a replacement item.
- Providing a full or partial refund.
- Agreeing on another lawful and appropriate resolution with the buyer.
12.7 If a replacement is required because an item is faulty or does not match its listing, you must provide the replacement at your own cost.
12.8 You must provide reasonable instructions for any return that needs to be arranged. You must not impose conditions that conflict with the Customer Terms or the buyer's statutory rights.
12.9 You must keep relevant records of complaints, returns and resolutions where reasonably necessary to manage the order and any related dispute.
12.10 All refunds for marketplace orders must be processed through Fix It Today's checkout and payment process.
12.11 You must not independently issue a refund outside the authorised marketplace process without Fix It Today's agreement.
12.12 You must not ask a buyer to accept an off-platform payment or refund arrangement as a condition of receiving a remedy to which they are entitled.
12.13 Refunds and related deductions are governed by clause 8 of these Terms. You remain responsible for the applicable refund and dispute costs, whatever the cause, as stated in that clause.
12.14 Fix It Today may assist with communication or coordinate the refund process. This does not remove your responsibility for the items you supply or the remedies you are required to provide.
12.15 You must treat buyers fairly and respectfully. You must not mislead, threaten, harass or improperly pressure a buyer in connection with a complaint, review, return or dispute.
12.16 If Fix It Today receives a complaint about your item, we may ask you for relevant information and request that you take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
12.17 If a complaint raises a serious safety concern or involves repeated fulfilment failures, Fix It Today may restrict or remove the affected listing while the matter is reviewed.
13. Buyer personal data
13.1 When fulfilling creator orders, you may receive limited personal information about the buyer through the dashboard.
13.2 The buyer information made available to you for delivery is the buyer's name, phone number and delivery address, identified as "Ship to" in the dashboard. The buyer's area setting is never shown to you.
13.3 You may view this information only for orders belonging to your own creator account.
13.4 The "Ship to" information is available only while the relevant order has one of the following statuses:
- Paid
- Printing
- Printed
- Shipped
13.5 You must not attempt to access buyer information belonging to another creator's orders or obtain information that is not made available to you for your own orders.
13.6 You may use a buyer's name, phone number and delivery address only to fulfil the relevant order. This includes preparing the shipment, arranging delivery, resolving delivery problems and handling related returns or legally required matters.
13.7 You must not use buyer information for marketing, advertising, unsolicited messages or unrelated business purposes.
13.8 You must not add buyer contact details obtained through the marketplace to mailing lists, promotional databases or customer marketing records.
13.9 You must not sell, rent or otherwise disclose buyer information to unrelated third parties.
13.10 You may share only the information reasonably necessary with a delivery provider or another party directly involved in fulfilling the order. You remain responsible for taking reasonable steps to ensure that the information is handled securely and used only for the permitted purpose.
13.11 You must take reasonable security measures to protect buyer personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or theft.
13.12 Appropriate precautions include securing your creator account, protecting devices used to access order information and restricting access to people who genuinely need the information to fulfil the order.
13.13 You must not leave printed shipping labels, order records or other documents containing buyer information accessible to unauthorised people.
13.14 If you download, print or otherwise store buyer information outside the dashboard, you must protect those copies and remain responsible for their secure handling.
13.15 You must delete or securely dispose of buyer personal data once it is no longer needed for the relevant order, related returns or legal reasons.
13.16 Where information must be retained for a lawful purpose, you must keep only what is necessary, protect it appropriately and delete it when the lawful reason for retaining it no longer applies.
13.17 You must comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and any other applicable legal obligations relating to the personal data you handle.
13.18 You must promptly inform Fix It Today if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any loss, unauthorised access, improper disclosure or misuse of buyer personal data.
13.19 You must report such an incident to fixittoday.contact@gmail.com and provide the information reasonably available to you about what happened, what information may have been affected and what steps you have taken.
13.20 You must cooperate with reasonable requests from Fix It Today to investigate and address a personal data incident, including steps needed to protect affected buyers or comply with applicable law.
13.21 You must not conceal a data incident or delay reporting it while attempting to resolve the problem independently.
13.22 Fix It Today may restrict access to buyer information or creator dashboard functions where reasonably necessary to protect personal data or address a suspected security incident.
14. Intellectual property and licensing
14.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to make, reproduce, advertise and sell every item listed through your creator account.
14.2 By submitting a listing, you confirm and warrant that you either own the relevant design and intellectual property rights or have obtained the permissions and licences necessary for the intended commercial use.
14.3 If you use a 3D model created by another person, you must check its licence terms before offering printed copies for sale.
14.4 A licence that allows personal use, private printing or free distribution does not automatically permit commercial sales.
14.5 Where a design requires a commercial licence, you must obtain a valid licence that permits you to manufacture and sell physical printed items through the marketplace.
14.6 You must comply with all conditions attached to that licence, including any applicable restrictions on commercial use, modification, distribution or attribution.
14.7 You must not assume that a design is free to use commercially merely because it is available for download, publicly shared or described as free.
14.8 You must not list items that reproduce or imitate protected characters, logos, brand names, distinctive designs or other intellectual property without the necessary rights or permission.
14.9 This restriction includes unauthorised fan art and items based on trademarked characters, fictional franchises or branded products.
14.10 Describing an item as "fan-made", "inspired by", "unofficial" or similar does not remove the need for permission where intellectual property rights apply.
14.11 You must ensure that your listing titles, descriptions, photographs and promotional material do not infringe another person's copyright, trade marks, registered designs or other intellectual property rights.
14.12 You must not falsely claim to be an official seller, authorised manufacturer or partner of a brand or rights holder.
14.13 You must not upload or sell designs obtained through unlawful copying, unauthorised distribution or a breach of applicable licence conditions.
14.14 You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights that you lawfully hold in your original designs, photographs, product descriptions and other creator content.
14.15 Listing an item on Fix It Today does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Fix It Today.
14.16 By uploading listing content, you grant Fix It Today a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format and publish that content for operating the creator marketplace.
14.17 This licence also allows Fix It Today to use your listing photographs, item descriptions and other submitted listing content to advertise and promote your items and the Fix It Today marketplace.
14.18 The licence covers reasonable technical changes needed to display or promote the content, such as resizing photographs, creating thumbnails or adjusting formatting.
14.19 This licence does not give Fix It Today ownership of your designs or an independent right to manufacture and sell physical copies of your products.
14.20 You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant the licence described in this clause, including where your listing contains photographs or other material created by someone else.
14.21 The licence applies while your content is used in connection with your marketplace listings and their promotion. After removal of a listing, Fix It Today may retain material where reasonably necessary for order records, legal obligations, dispute resolution or promotional material already distributed.
14.22 You must not use Fix It Today's name, branding, logos or other intellectual property in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, certification or a relationship beyond your participation in the creator marketplace.
14.23 If Fix It Today reasonably requests evidence of your right to sell a design, you must provide relevant licence information or other supporting documentation.
14.24 Fix It Today may refuse, suspend or remove a listing where the necessary intellectual property rights or permissions cannot reasonably be established.
15. Infringement reports and takedown
15.1 Fix It Today respects intellectual property rights and may review reports that a creator listing infringes copyright, trade marks, registered designs or other protected rights.
15.2 If you believe that an item listed on the marketplace infringes rights you own or are authorised to enforce, you may submit an infringement report to fixittoday.contact@gmail.com.
15.3 To help us review the report, you should provide:
- Your name and contact details.
- Identification of the intellectual property right concerned.
- A description of the original work, design, trade mark or other protected material.
- The URL or sufficient details to identify the listing in question.
- An explanation of why you believe the listing infringes your rights.
- Relevant supporting documents or evidence of ownership or authority.
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
15.4 If you are reporting an issue on behalf of a rights holder, you should explain your authority to act for that person or organisation.
15.5 Fix It Today may request additional information where reasonably necessary to understand or assess an infringement report.
15.6 We may review the listing, the information supplied by the complainant and any relevant information available from the creator.
15.7 Fix It Today may remove, disable or restrict access to a listing promptly, including before completing its review, where we reasonably consider this necessary to prevent possible infringement or protect affected parties.
15.8 We are not required to keep a disputed listing available while an infringement complaint is being investigated.
15.9 Where appropriate, we may notify the creator that a report has been received and explain the concern raised.
15.10 If your listing is reported or removed, you may respond by contacting fixittoday.contact@gmail.com.
15.11 Your response should explain why you believe the listing is lawful and provide any relevant supporting evidence, such as proof of ownership, permission from the rights holder or a valid commercial licence.
15.12 You must provide truthful and accurate information when responding to an infringement report. You must not submit fabricated licence documents or misrepresent your rights.
15.13 Fix It Today may consider your response and any additional information received before deciding whether to restore, modify or permanently remove the listing.
15.14 Submitting a response does not guarantee that the listing will be restored.
15.15 Fix It Today may decline to restore a listing where the creator has not provided reasonable evidence of the necessary rights or where continued publication presents a significant legal or marketplace risk.
15.16 We may also act on infringement concerns identified through our own review, even where no formal complaint has been submitted.
15.17 You must not repeatedly upload an item that has been removed for suspected infringement without first resolving the issue with Fix It Today.
15.18 If you repeatedly publish infringing listings, or repeatedly fail to demonstrate the necessary rights to sell disputed designs, Fix It Today may restrict, suspend or terminate your creator access.
15.19 Serious or deliberate infringement may result in immediate restrictions where reasonably necessary, without waiting for repeated complaints.
15.20 We may take account of the nature, seriousness and frequency of reported infringements, the evidence available and your response when deciding what action is appropriate.
15.21 You remain responsible for claims arising from designs, products or listing content you submit, including claims relating to intellectual property rights.
15.22 Fix It Today's review, approval or publication of a listing does not constitute confirmation that the listing is free from infringement.
15.23 Fix It Today does not determine ownership of disputed intellectual property rights on behalf of the parties. Where necessary, the parties may need to resolve their dispute through the appropriate legal process.
15.24 Nothing in this clause prevents a rights holder from exercising any legal rights or remedies available under Singapore law.
15.25 Notices, questions and takedown requests relating to intellectual property may be sent to fixittoday.contact@gmail.com.
16. Prohibited items
16.1 You may list and sell only 3D-printed items that comply with these Terms and applicable Singapore law.
16.2 You must not list, advertise or sell any item that is illegal to manufacture, possess, distribute or sell in Singapore.
16.3 The following items are prohibited from the Fix It Today creator marketplace:
a. Weapons and weapon parts: Firearms, firearm components, firearm accessories, ammunition, and other weapons or weapon parts, including 3D-printed versions.
b. Counterfeit items: Products that falsely use another person's brand, logo, trade mark or identity, or imitate genuine branded products in a misleading way.
c. Intellectual property infringements: Items made from designs, models or other protected material that you do not own or have the necessary commercial rights to use.
d. False safety or certification claims: Items advertised as meeting safety standards, certifications, testing requirements or regulatory approvals that they do not actually meet.
e. Non-compliant children's toys: Toys or products intended for children that do not meet the safety requirements applicable to those products.
f. Unsupported food-contact claims: Items advertised as food-safe, suitable for direct food contact or approved for food preparation without adequate evidence supporting those claims and compliance with applicable requirements.
g. Unsupported medical claims: Items advertised as medical devices, medical equipment or suitable for medical use without adequate evidence and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
h. Adult or offensive content: Sexually explicit items and content that is threatening, hateful, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise seriously offensive.
i. Illegal products: Any item whose manufacture, possession, marketing, sale or delivery would breach applicable Singapore law.
j. Non-3D-printed resale goods: Commercial products or other goods that you have purchased for resale and that are not your own 3D-printed items.
16.4 You must not describe a prohibited item in misleading terms to avoid these restrictions.
16.5 An item may be prohibited even if it is lawful to own privately. You are responsible for ensuring that selling the item through the marketplace is permitted.
16.6 You must not make unsupported claims about an item's strength, load capacity, electrical safety, fire resistance, food safety, medical suitability or regulatory approval.
16.7 You must comply with any applicable product safety, consumer protection and labelling requirements when manufacturing and selling your items.
16.8 Fix It Today may review, refuse, suspend or remove any listing that we reasonably believe breaches this clause or presents a legal, safety or marketplace risk.
16.9 We may request information or supporting evidence about an item's design, materials, intended use, safety or legal status.
16.10 Approval or publication of a listing does not mean that Fix It Today has certified the item as safe, lawful or suitable for a particular purpose.
16.11 You remain responsible for every item you manufacture and sell, including items that have been reviewed or approved for publication.
17. Your conduct
17.1 You must act honestly, professionally and lawfully when using the Fix It Today creator marketplace.
17.2 You must provide accurate information about your identity, products, pricing, fulfilment arrangements and ability to complete orders.
17.3 You must not use the marketplace to deceive buyers, misuse payment services or engage in fraudulent activity.
17.4 You must not attempt to avoid the Fix It Today fee by directing buyers who found your items through the marketplace to complete the same purchase outside the marketplace.
17.5 Prohibited fee avoidance includes:
a. Asking a marketplace buyer to pay you directly instead of completing the marketplace transaction.
b. Cancelling or encouraging cancellation of a marketplace order so that the same purchase can be completed privately.
c. Using marketplace order messages to redirect buyers to another payment method or sales channel for the purpose of avoiding fees.
d. Misrepresenting an item's price or transaction details to reduce the Fix It Today fee improperly.
17.6 You must not use a misleading listing, false discount or other arrangement intended to manipulate the marketplace fee calculation.
17.7 The Fix It Today fee remains governed by clause 5. It is calculated at 15% of the item price, excluding shipping, using the discount and rounding rules stated in that clause.
17.8 You must not create fake orders, false reviews, misleading ratings or fabricated customer feedback.
17.9 You must not offer rewards or apply pressure to obtain dishonest reviews or to persuade buyers to remove genuine negative feedback.
17.10 You may respond to buyer feedback, but your responses must be accurate, respectful and relevant.
17.11 You must not threaten, intimidate, harass, abuse or discriminate against buyers, other creators or people acting for Fix It Today.
17.12 You must not publish another person's private information or use personal data to embarrass, threaten or pressure anyone.
17.13 You must not interfere with another creator's listings, account, orders or marketplace activity.
17.14 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the dashboard, payment systems, printer connections or other parts of the website.
17.15 You must not upload malicious code, deliberately interfere with the website or misuse technical features in a way that harms other users or the service.
17.16 You must comply with applicable Singapore laws and regulations, including those relating to product safety, intellectual property, consumer protection and personal data.
17.17 You must cooperate with reasonable requests from Fix It Today concerning suspected misconduct, buyer complaints, payment disputes or legal compliance.
17.18 We may restrict your listings or creator account where there is reasonable evidence of conduct that breaches these Terms.
18. Tax
18.1 You are responsible for understanding and meeting the tax obligations arising from your activities as an independent creator.
18.2 You are responsible for declaring your own income and paying any income tax that applies to earnings from your creator sales.
18.3 You are also responsible for determining whether you are required to register for Goods and Services Tax (GST) and for meeting any registration, reporting, collection or payment obligations that apply to you.
18.4 You must keep appropriate records of your sales, expenses, refunds, fees and payouts for your own accounting and tax purposes.
18.5 The transaction and payout information available through the creator dashboard may assist you with your records. You remain responsible for checking its suitability and accuracy for your own tax reporting.
18.6 Fix It Today does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for determining or fulfilling your personal or business tax obligations.
18.7 You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified tax professional if you are uncertain about your obligations.
18.8 You remain responsible for any taxes, interest, penalties or other amounts arising from your failure to comply with applicable tax requirements.
19. Suspension and termination
Suspension or restriction by Fix It Today
19.1 Fix It Today may suspend, restrict or terminate your creator account, remove listings or limit your access to marketplace features where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the marketplace.
19.2 Reasons for taking such action may include:
a. A material or repeated breach of these Terms.
b. Fraudulent, misleading or dishonest conduct.
c. Repeated failure to fulfil orders or resolve buyer complaints.
d. Significant or repeated payment disputes, chargebacks or unpaid balances.
e. Suspected intellectual property infringement.
f. Listings involving prohibited, unsafe or unlawful items.
g. Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of buyer personal data.
h. Misuse of printer connections, dashboard functions or payment services.
i. A security risk affecting the website, buyers or other creators.
j. A legal obligation, regulatory requirement or lawful direction requiring action.
19.3 Where appropriate, Fix It Today may request information or corrective action before suspending or terminating your account.
19.4 We may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect personal data, address a serious safety concern, comply with law or reduce a significant risk of harm.
19.5 A restriction may apply to particular listings, marketplace functions, payments or the entire creator account, depending on the circumstances.
19.6 We may restore access where the underlying issue has been adequately resolved and continued use of the marketplace is appropriate.
Closing your account
19.7 You may request to close your creator account at any time by using an available dashboard function or contacting fixittoday.contact@gmail.com.
19.8 Closing your account prevents you from continuing to list and sell items through that account once the closure takes effect.
19.9 Account closure does not automatically cancel orders already placed or remove responsibilities arising before closure.
Open orders and outstanding obligations
19.10 If your account is suspended or closed while orders remain open, you must cooperate with Fix It Today to arrange their completion, cancellation, replacement or refund, as appropriate.
19.11 You remain responsible for orders you accepted before the suspension or closure, including their quality, fulfilment and any applicable buyer remedies.
19.12 Fix It Today may restrict new orders while allowing limited access needed to resolve existing orders, where appropriate.
19.13 Where an order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable refund and dispute provisions continue to apply.
19.14 You remain responsible for the processing fee kept on a refund, the dispute fee and the challenge fee, as stated in clause 8, whatever the cause of the refund or dispute.
Held funds and final payouts
19.15 Suspension or account closure does not automatically remove your entitlement to valid earnings that remain payable after applicable deductions.
19.16 Fix It Today may hold or offset amounts otherwise payable to you against outstanding refunds, chargebacks, disputes, refund and dispute costs and other amounts owed under these Terms.
19.17 Final payouts will be calculated after taking account of the relevant transactions, outstanding obligations and adjustments.
19.18 Payouts remain subject to the arrangements in clause 7, including the payout method notified to you and the applicable timing shown in the dashboard.
19.19 If amounts owed exceed your available earnings, the shortfall remains an amount you owe and is handled as described in clause 8.
19.20 We will not deduct the same cost twice.
Terms that continue after closure
19.21 Account suspension, closure or termination does not cancel rights or obligations that arose before it took effect.
19.22 The following provisions continue to apply where relevant after your account has closed or been terminated:
- Clauses 5 to 8, concerning fees, payment processing, payouts, refunds, disputes and outstanding balances.
- Clauses 10 to 12, concerning item quality, fulfilment and buyer remedies for existing orders.
- Clause 13, concerning buyer personal data and its secure handling and deletion.
- Clauses 14 and 15, concerning intellectual property, licensing and infringement matters.
- Clause 18, concerning your tax responsibilities.
- Clauses 20 to 22, concerning liability, indemnity and statutory rights.
- Clause 24, concerning matters that by their nature remain relevant after termination.
19.23 Any other provision that is reasonably necessary to resolve an existing obligation, claim or dispute will also continue to apply to that extent.
20. Limitation of liability
20.1 This clause sets out the limits of Fix It Today's liability to you in connection with the creator marketplace, dashboard and these Terms.
20.2 All exclusions and limitations in this clause apply only to the extent permitted by Singapore law and are expressly subject to clause 22.
20.3 Fix It Today is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the creator marketplace, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
20.4 Indirect or consequential losses may include business opportunities lost as an indirect result of a service interruption or other indirect commercial losses.
20.5 Fix It Today does not guarantee that the marketplace will generate sales, revenue, customers or any particular level of earnings for you.
20.6 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, dashboard, payment integrations or optional printer connectivity features.
20.7 Subject to clause 22, Fix It Today is not responsible for losses arising from your own printer operation, printer damage, failed prints, defective products or changes made by printer manufacturers or third-party software providers.
20.8 You remain responsible for the manufacture, quality, packing and shipping of your products as stated elsewhere in these Terms.
20.9 Subject to clauses 20.2, 20.11 and 22, Fix It Today's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or connected with these Terms is capped at the total Fix It Today fees you paid to Fix It Today in the 12 months before the claim.
20.10 For the purpose of this cap, "Fix It Today fees" means the 15% marketplace fees charged under clause 5. It is counted after any fee reversals under clause 8, and it does not include payment processing fees, refund and dispute costs, shipping charges or the gross value of your sales.
20.11 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Fix It Today's liability for:
a. Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
b. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
c. Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
20.12 The liability cap in clause 20.9 does not apply to the matters listed in clause 20.11.
20.13 Nothing in this clause limits or removes the rights protected by clause 22, including any non-excludable statutory rights you may have as an individual acting as a consumer.
20.14 The exclusions and limitations in this clause apply to claims arising under contract, negligence or another legal basis, but only to the extent that Singapore law permits.
21. Indemnity
21.1 You agree to indemnify Fix It Today against claims, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, damages and reasonable costs arising from matters for which you are responsible under these Terms.
21.2 This indemnity applies to claims and losses arising from:
a. The design, manufacture, printing, finishing, packing, sale or delivery of your items.
b. Defective, unsafe, unlawful or inaccurately described products.
c. Inaccurate, misleading or unlawful listings.
d. Actual or alleged infringement of another person's intellectual property rights by your designs, products or listing content.
e. Your failure to hold a valid commercial licence or other permission required to manufacture or sell a design.
f. Your breach of these Terms.
g. Your misuse, unauthorised disclosure or unlawful handling of buyer personal data.
h. Your breach of applicable Singapore law or other law that applies to your creator activities.
i. Your failure to meet applicable product safety or regulatory requirements.
21.3 The indemnity includes reasonable legal costs and expenses incurred in investigating, responding to or defending a covered claim.
21.4 You must promptly inform Fix It Today if you become aware of a claim, complaint or legal issue that may affect us in connection with your products, listings or creator activities.
21.5 You must provide reasonable information and cooperation needed to investigate or respond to a covered claim.
21.6 You must not knowingly provide false information or conceal material facts relating to a claim.
21.7 Fix It Today may take reasonable steps to protect its interests where a covered claim is made against it.
21.8 Your indemnity applies only to the extent that the relevant claim, loss or cost arises from a matter for which you are responsible. It does not make you responsible for loss caused by Fix It Today's own fraud, negligence or breach of law. This does not affect clause 8, under which you bear refund and dispute costs whatever the cause.
21.9 You are not required to reimburse a cost that has already been recovered from you under another provision of these Terms. Fix It Today may not recover the same loss twice.
21.10 This indemnity continues to apply to relevant claims arising from your creator activities even after your account is closed or terminated, subject to applicable law and clause 22.
22. Statutory rights
22.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
22.2 This includes any rights you have under that Act where you deal with Fix It Today as an individual acting as a consumer. Your rights under applicable consumer protection and other mandatory laws continue to apply regardless of any conflicting wording in these Terms.
22.3 The exclusions, restrictions and liability cap in clause 20 are expressly subject to the statutory rights protected by this clause.
22.4 Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a right or protection that Singapore law does not allow the parties to exclude, that provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
22.5 Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a legal remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted by agreement.
23. Changes to these terms
23.1 Fix It Today may update these Terms from time to time. The version number and date at the top of the document identify the current Terms.
23.2 If you continue listing or selling items through the creator marketplace after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
23.3 If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may stop using the creator marketplace and close your creator account.
23.4 Closing your account does not remove obligations arising from orders, payments, disputes or other matters that occurred before closure.
24. General and governing law
Independent creator relationship
24.1 You operate as an independent creator and are not an employee of Fix It Today.
24.2 Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture or general agency relationship between you and Fix It Today.
24.3 You are responsible for your own business activities, equipment, operating costs and legal obligations.
24.4 You must not represent yourself as an employee, legal partner or authorised representative of Fix It Today.
24.5 You do not have authority to enter into contracts, make commitments or accept liabilities on behalf of Fix It Today unless we have expressly authorised you to do so.
Events outside reasonable control
24.6 Fix It Today is not responsible for a failure or delay in meeting an obligation under these Terms to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
24.7 Such circumstances may include natural disasters, serious network outages, widespread payment service interruptions, government restrictions or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
24.8 We will take reasonable steps to address the effects of such events and resume affected services when reasonably possible.
24.9 This clause does not remove any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Severability
24.10 If a court finds that any provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
24.11 The affected provision will apply only to the extent that it is lawful and enforceable, where that is possible without changing its essential meaning.
No waiver
24.12 If Fix It Today does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later.
24.13 Enforcing a right on one occasion does not prevent Fix It Today from exercising that right again.
Entire agreement
24.14 These Terms, together with the applicable Fix It Today Customer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing your use of the creator marketplace.
24.15 These documents replace earlier discussions or understandings about the same subject matter, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
24.16 If there is a conflict concerning your role as a creator, these Creator Terms take priority over the Customer Terms and Conditions for that matter. The Privacy Policy continues to govern the handling of personal data.
Notices and communication
24.17 Notices, questions, complaints and other communications concerning these Terms may be sent to fixittoday.contact@gmail.com.
24.18 You may also contact Fix It Today through the dashboard where the relevant communication function is available.
24.19 Fix It Today may send account-related notices and communications using the contact information you have provided or through the creator dashboard.
24.20 You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and checking communications relating to your creator account.
Governing law and courts
24.21 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
24.22 Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
