Google purchase measurement

If you accept analytics cookies, our Google tag measures paid shop purchases for FIT's Google Merchant Center. We send the order ID, purchase value, currency, shipping charge, product identifiers, item prices and quantities. We do not include your email, name, address, payment details, order notes or uploaded files in these purchase events. Google may also receive browser information, IP address, cookies and a Google shopping click identifier. The tag stays blocked until you accept analytics cookies.

Change analytics cookie choices. Declining analytics does not prevent shopping or payment.

Google Customer Reviews

On paid-order confirmations with verified delivery details, Google's Customer Reviews module offers a choice to receive a review survey. The module sends Google your email, order ID, delivery country and estimated delivery date when it opens, even if you then decline the survey. Google sends a survey email only if you opt in. Your answer does not affect your order. For shipped Singapore orders, our delivery estimate is 5 working days for verified in-stock items or 14 working days for verified preorders, counted after paid order confirmation and excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays. Mixed stock/preorder shipments use 14 working days. We do not infer a date for missing stock status or unsupported delivery arrangements.
