Purpose
What it is for
Small BreadboardBuild and test simple circuits without soldering components permanently.
Medium BreadboardPrototype larger circuits with more connection points before soldering.
Concepts
A circuit needs a closed path from power to ground. Breadboards and jumper wires let you test that path without soldering.
A microcontroller reads inputs such as buttons or sensors and drives outputs such as LEDs, displays, motors, or signals through code.

LED and resistor wiring
